Privacy Policy.
How we collect, secure, and process logistics telemetry, location coordinates, and user data across the KargaGO network.
1. Data Collection & Telemetry
We collect data essential for logistics orchestration: real-time GPS location (required for drivers to receive compatible offers in their operating areas), vehicle details, corporate B2B credentials, and support communication history.
2. Information Usage
Collected data is used strictly to operate the KargaGO network: proximity freight matching, algorithmic routing, automated commission settlement, sending critical internal alerts, and fraud prevention audits.
3. Data Sharing & Public Tracking
To guarantee parcel tracking, we share partial location telemetry with authorized recipients via private and encrypted tracking links (validated via OTP). We do not sell or trade freight telemetry or B2B commercial profiles to third parties.
4. Security & Row Level Security (RLS)
Our entire Supabase database layer is secured under strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Shippers can only read their own shipping history, and carriers only see offers compatible with their active municipal areas, blocking data leaks.
5. User Rights & Profile Control
Users and network partners can access, export, or correct profile details at any time. Drivers retain complete control over GPS tracking telemetry, which immediately terminates when turning off 'Travel Mode' or logging out.
6. Record Retention & Deletion
In-transit location coordinates are kept only during operational activity. Completed shipment archives, photo handoffs, and commission payment records are securely stored to satisfy legal bookkeeping and audit regulations.
7. Contact & Data Protection Officer
If you have questions regarding our data processing policies or wish to request permanent deletion of your profile history, please submit a formal request to our security team.
SSL Encryption
All network communications are encrypted end-to-end with TLS 1.3 certificates.
Protected Supabase RLS
Strong security policies prevent cross-profile access or telemetry leaks.
Verification OTP
The transfer of responsibility over cargo requires One-Time Password validation.
