Legal Framework

Terms of Service.

The regulations and guidelines governing logistics orchestration, API usage, and transport compliance across the KargaGO network.

01

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KargaGO technology platform, including our APIs, corporate dashboards, and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

02

2. Corporate & Partner Accounts

Network utilization requires verified B2B credentials for shippers and complete document certification for transport partners. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all orchestration activities performed under your profile.

03

3. Freight Orchestration & Dispatching

KargaGO operates as a digital ecosystem that optimizes and assigns shipments to independent carriers using real-time algorithms. Load matching is dependent on availability, proximity, and capacity. All cargo handoffs must be validated via our secure OTP (One-Time Password) confirmation protocol.

04

4. Fees, Payments & Commissions

Shipping rates are calculated based on distance, volume, weight, and applicable customs tariffs/border corridors. Shippers agree to settle invoiced amounts in accordance with the agreed payment terms. KargaGO retains a commission fee on completed transactions as per the active tariff table.

05

5. Liability & Transit Insurance

Transport partners must maintain active insurance policies to cover goods loss or damage during transit. Any operational incident must be officially reported within 24 hours of delivery or estimated time of arrival (ETA). KargaGO's liability is strictly limited to the operational integrity of the software.

06

6. Acceptable API Usage & Cyber Security

A limited, revocable license is granted to integrate our B2B logistics APIs into your commerce stack. Shippers and partners are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering our dispatch engine, bypassing rate limits, or utilizing network telemetry data for competitive analysis.

07

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the countries where we operate respective logistics corridors. Any dispute arising from freight orchestration will be submitted to local arbitration within the regional chamber of commerce of the transit corridor.
